In short
- Three plans, from $250 to $1,400 a month, all with monitoring and backups.
- Each plan includes development hours for small improvements — they are yours to direct.
- Monthly rolling. Thirty days’ notice, no exit fee, and you keep everything.
01Why a care plan
A website or application is a living thing. In any given quarter: a framework releases a security patch, a payment provider deprecates an API version, a browser changes how it handles cookies, your SSL certificate renews, Google changes what it measures, and someone on your team needs a new field on a form.
None of that is dramatic on its own. Left alone for a year it becomes a rewrite — the kind where the quote shocks you and the honest answer is that the product has been unmaintained since launch.
A care plan is the cheap version of that conversation: small, regular work by people who already know the codebase, instead of a large emergency later.
02The plans
All prices are per month, excluding tax, and all plans are rolling — cancel any month with thirty days’ notice.

04How included hours work
Every plan includes development time you can spend on whatever you like: a new page, a changed email template, an extra report, a field on a form, a tweak to how search behaves.
Email us what you want. If it fits in the month’s hours we schedule it, usually within the week. If it does not, you get an estimate first — nothing is ever done beyond the plan without you agreeing to it.
On Standard and Priority, unused hours roll over for one month, so a quiet February can pay for a busy March. They do not accumulate beyond that, and they are not refundable — the point is steady improvement, not a bank account.
05Response times
Response time means a human reading your message, assessing it and telling you what happens next — not a ticket number from a robot. Working hours are 09:00–18:00 Vietnam time (GMT+7), Monday to Friday.
| Severity | Example | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Site down, checkout failing, data at risk | Drop everything; Priority plans have an out-of-hours number |
| Major | A key feature broken for all users | Fixed within the first response window, ahead of planned work |
| Minor | A visual bug, a slow page, an odd edge case | Scheduled into the next batch of work |
| Request | A change or a small new feature | Estimated against your included hours, then scheduled |
06What is not included
So there are no awkward conversations later, a plan does not cover:
- Large new features or a redesign — those are quoted as a project. See pricing.
- Content writing, photography, translation or data entry.
- Third-party costs: hosting, domains, licences, paid APIs, app store fees.
- Problems caused by changes another developer made without our knowledge.
- Marketing services — ads, SEO campaigns, social media.
- Support for software we did not build or have not taken over properly (see below).
07Without a plan
We still help past clients without a plan, at $60 per hour, in the order requests arrive and around our project work. For a typo, that is fine. For a shop that is down on a Saturday, it is not — we may simply be unavailable, and that is the honest reason the plans exist.
There is no penalty for starting a plan late, and no charge for stopping one.
08Getting started
If we built it, a plan can start the week you ask.
If someone else built it, we start with a $1,200 takeover audit: we read the code, check the infrastructure, test a restore, and write up what we find — risks, costs and what the first three months would focus on. You get that document whether or not you take a plan with us, and if you do, the fee comes off your first invoice.
Keep it running properly
Tell us what you have and who built it. We will recommend a plan — or tell you honestly that you do not need one yet.
