In short
- Sub-second loading on a mid-range phone, not just on your office fibre.
- A CMS your marketing team can actually use — no ticket for a typo.
- SEO, analytics and Core Web Vitals handled before launch, not after.
01What you get
A complete, production-ready website: design, build, content structure, hosting and the handover that makes it yours. Not a theme with your logo dropped in.
- A page design system — typography, colours, components — so new pages look right by default.
- Content modelling, so editors fill in fields rather than fighting a page builder.
- Responsive layouts tested on real devices, down to small Android phones.
- Accessibility basics done properly: contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation, alt text.
- Multi-language support where you need it, including Vietnamese and Spanish.
- A measurable launch: Core Web Vitals in the green and analytics reporting from day one.
02What a build includes
| Stage | What happens | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| Structure | Sitemap, page goals, content inventory | A written plan you approve |
| Design | Key pages designed, then the rest as components | Clickable prototype |
| Build | Front end, CMS, forms, integrations | Staging link, updated weekly |
| Launch | Redirects, analytics, search console, performance pass | Live site, plus a short training call |
Copywriting and photography aren’t included by default — we’re happy to work with your writer, or recommend one.
03How the work runs
Same rhythm as every project here: a written scope with a fixed price before we start, two-week sprints, and a live staging link you can open any time. You see progress on Friday, not at the end.
Most websites need two rounds of feedback on design and one on the built site. We plan for that; anything beyond it is a change request we quote before doing.
04Built with
We pick per project, but this is the usual kit — all of it standard, documented and widely supported, so you are never locked to us.
05Timeline and budget
A focused marketing site starts at $4,500 and usually goes live in three to five weeks. Larger sites — many languages, a blog, gated content, a careers section, migrations from an old CMS — land between $8,000 and $20,000.
The full picture, including what moves a number up or down, is on our pricing page.
06What we need from you
- One person who can give feedback and make the final call.
- Your logo, brand assets and any existing style guide.
- Text and images for the pages, or a decision to have them written.
- Access to your domain, current hosting and analytics.
