In short
- Pay by bank transfer to the account matching the currency on your invoice.
- Put the invoice number in the transfer description — it’s how we match your payment.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Send the full invoiced amount; bank and intermediary charges are yours to cover.
01Before you pay
Take thirty seconds to check three things on the invoice we emailed you. It saves days of back-and-forth later.
- The currency. Each invoice is issued in one currency — VND, EUR or USD. Pay into the account for that currency rather than converting into another one.
- The amount. Pay the total shown, including any taxes listed. Partial payments are fine only where we have agreed them in writing.
- The invoice number. You will need it for the transfer reference.
If anything on the invoice looks wrong, tell us before you pay. Corrections are quick; cross-border refunds are not.
02Bank transfer details
All accounts are held at the same bank in the name of the registered business. The bank and beneficiary details are identical for every currency — only the account number changes.
Choose the account that matches the currency on your invoice:
Vietnamese đồng
342440080
Euro
1741151882981
US dollar
3975931962167
Some banking portals also ask for a beneficiary address or a purpose-of-payment code on international transfers. Email us and we will send the exact wording your bank needs, together with a copy of our business registration if your finance team requires one for supplier onboarding.
03Payment reference
Write the invoice number in the transfer description or reference field. Without it your payment arrives as an unidentified credit and waits until someone works out whose it is.
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| Reference / description | INV-2026-014 — your invoice number, exactly as printed |
| If the field allows more | INV-2026-014 Your Company Ltd |
| Paying several invoices at once | List each number, or email us the list if the field is too short |
Use plain characters only. Accents and symbols are sometimes stripped or rejected by international payment systems.
04Fees & exchange rates
As set out in our Terms of Service, each party bears its own bank charges. In practice, for international transfers:
- Pick the charge option that delivers the full invoiced amount — usually labelled OUR rather than SHA or BEN. Intermediary banks otherwise deduct their fee from the money in transit.
- If an invoice is short-paid because of deducted charges, we invoice the difference rather than treat the invoice as settled.
- Exchange rates are a matter between you and your bank. Convert on your side and send the exact amount in the invoice currency.
05Timing & confirmation
- Domestic VND transfers normally arrive within minutes.
- International transfers typically take one to three business days, and longer if a correspondent bank asks for additional details.
- We confirm receipt by email and mark the invoice paid, usually on the same business day the money lands.
If you need work to start or resume immediately, send us the transfer confirmation from your bank — we are happy to act on that while the payment is still in transit.
Nothing from us five business days after paying? Email the receipt to ryan@minhthe.net and we will trace it with the bank.
06Paying from Vietnam
For local transfers you do not need the SWIFT code. In your banking app choose MB Bank (Ngân hàng TMCP Quân đội), enter account number 342440080, and the beneficiary name should come back as HO KINH DOANH MINH THE. If the name shown does not match, stop and contact us.
We invoice under tax code 075093020187. Send us your company billing details before the invoice is issued if they need to appear on it.
07Other payment methods
Bank transfer is our standard method and the one we prefer: traceable, inexpensive and available everywhere. If your finance process needs something else — a supplier portal, a different remittance route, a milestone schedule — raise it before the invoice is issued and we will tell you what we can accommodate.
We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third parties unconnected to the client named on the invoice.
08Payment security
Invoice fraud is common in this industry: someone intercepts or imitates an email and sends you “updated” bank details. Please treat the following as permanent.
- Our bank details are the ones on this page. They are published here so you can check them against any invoice or email.
- We will never email you a change of bank account. If you receive a message that appears to do so, it did not come from us.
- Verify by voice. Before a first payment, or whenever something feels off, call us and confirm the account number out loud.
- Our invoices only ever come from @minhthe.net addresses.
