In short
- Answers grounded in your documents, with a citation the user can check.
- Evaluations on real examples, so you can prove a change made it better.
- A per-month cost you agree before launch, not a surprise on the invoice.
01What we build
- Assistants on your own knowledge — support, sales or internal Q&A, answering from your documents rather than from the open internet.
- Document and image processing — invoices, contracts, forms and photos turned into structured data that goes straight into your systems.
- Workflow automation — drafting, classifying, routing and summarising, with a human approving anything that matters.
- Search that understands intent — for catalogues and knowledge bases where keyword search keeps missing.
02The parts that make it survive
- Grounding. Retrieval over your own content, with sources shown, so answers can be checked.
- Evaluation. A test set from your real cases and a score that moves when we change something.
- Guardrails. Clear boundaries on what the system may say or do, and a path to a human.
- Cost control. Caching, model choice per task, and a dashboard showing spend per day.
- Privacy. A written answer on where your data goes, what is retained and what is not.
We work with the major providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — and choose per task rather than per fashion. Open models on your own infrastructure are an option where data cannot leave the building.
03How the work runs
We start with one use case that has a number attached: hours saved, tickets deflected, documents processed. A two-week prototype on your real data tells us whether the idea holds, and it either goes to production or gets stopped cheaply.
Nothing goes live without an evaluation set and a rollback. If quality drops after a model or prompt change, you will know from the dashboard rather than from a customer.
04Built with
05Timeline and budget
A production assistant or document pipeline starts at $7,500 and takes three to eight weeks. A two-week prototype on your data, priced at $3,000, is the cheapest way to find out whether the full build is worth it — and it is credited against the project.
Model usage is billed to your own provider account, so you see exactly what the feature costs to run. We give you an estimate per thousand uses before you commit.
06What we need from you
- The documents, tickets or records the system should learn from.
- A handful of real examples with the answer you would consider correct.
- Someone from the team who knows the subject well enough to judge quality.
- A decision on what the system must never do on its own.
