In short
- Sub-second product and category pages, which is most of the conversion battle.
- Local payments that Vietnamese and European customers already trust.
- Stock, prices and orders synced with the system you run the business on.
01What you get
A storefront built for conversion rather than for a demo video: fast pages, a checkout with as few steps as the law allows, and an admin your team can run without us.
- Catalogue, variants, pricing rules, promotions and vouchers.
- A checkout tuned on mobile, where most of your traffic already is.
- Payments: VNPay, MoMo, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal — whichever your customers use.
- Shipping rules and carrier integrations, including local Vietnamese couriers.
- Tax and invoicing set up for the countries you actually sell in.
- Product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta and marketplaces.
02Keeping stock honest
Most e-commerce pain is not the shop — it is the gap between the shop and everything else. We close it with a sync layer between your storefront and your ERP, POS or warehouse, so stock levels and prices stop drifting apart.
| Flow | Direction | Typical frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Products and prices | ERP → storefront | Near real time |
| Stock levels | Warehouse / POS → storefront | Near real time |
| Orders and payments | Storefront → ERP / accounting | On every order |
| Shipping status | Carrier → storefront → customer | On every update |
03How the work runs
We start with your catalogue and your checkout, because those decide revenue. Design and build run in two-week sprints with a staging store you can place test orders in from the first week.
Before launch we run a dress rehearsal: real payment methods in test mode, a full order through to your accounting system, and a load check for whatever your biggest sale day looks like.
04Built with
05Timeline and budget
A straightforward store on an existing platform starts at $9,000, live in five to eight weeks. A custom headless build with ERP sync, several currencies and B2B pricing is typically $20,000 to $45,000.
After launch most shops move onto a care plan — payment providers, tax rules and platform versions all change under you, and a shop that is down is a shop that is not selling.
06What we need from you
- Your product data in whatever form it exists — a spreadsheet is fine.
- Merchant accounts, or the willingness to open them early (approval can take weeks).
- Photography and product copy, or a plan for getting them.
- Access to the ERP, POS or accounting system we need to talk to.
