In short
- We start from your workflow, not from a template.
- Role-based access, audit trails and reporting are built in, not bolted on.
- A working version you can click through from the second sprint.
01What you get
A web application built around one job your business does badly today, and does well afterwards. Typical examples from our work:
- Booking and reservation systems — 24/7 bookings, no phone tag, no double-booked tables.
- Customer and partner portals — self-service accounts, documents, orders and status.
- Operations dashboards — live data from devices, sales and logistics on one screen.
- Internal tools — approvals, inventory, scheduling, anything currently held together by a shared spreadsheet.
02What’s in the box
- Authentication, roles and permissions — down to the field where it matters.
- An admin panel your team can run the business from.
- Integrations with the tools you already pay for: accounting, CRM, payments, messaging, ERP.
- Real-time updates where they earn their keep, rather than everywhere.
- Audit logs, exports and the reports your managers ask for every month.
- Automated tests on the paths where a bug would cost you money.
- Documentation and a handover session, so another team could pick it up.
You own the code and the infrastructure accounts from day one. That is written into our Terms.
03How the work runs
We begin with a discovery phase: sitting with the people who will use the thing, mapping the current process, and writing down what the first version must do — and what it deliberately will not. That document becomes the scope and the fixed price.
Then two-week sprints, a staging link that is always current, and a demo every Friday. You can change your mind — we would rather re-plan in week four than hand over the wrong product in week fourteen.
04Built with
05Timeline and budget
A focused first version — one workflow, one or two user roles — starts at $15,000 and takes eight to fourteen weeks. Multi-role platforms with payments, integrations and reporting usually run $25,000 to $60,000.
If you are not sure which end you are at, take a discovery sprint: one week, $1,500, and you leave with a scope, an architecture and a fixed quote — credited against the project if you go ahead.
06What we need from you
- Access to the people who do the work today — an hour each is usually enough.
- Sample data, even if it is messy. Especially if it is messy.
- A decision-maker who can approve scope within a day or two.
- Credentials for the systems we need to integrate with.
