In short
- REST or GraphQL, versioned, with documentation that stays in step with the code.
- A data model designed for the questions your business will ask next year.
- Observability from day one — you find out before your customers do.
01What you get
- APIs for your own web and mobile apps, or for partners who integrate with you.
- A relational data model that holds up as the business grows, with migrations under version control.
- Background jobs and queues for the work that should not block a request.
- Webhooks, scheduled tasks and retries that fail safely rather than silently.
- Authentication, rate limiting, input validation and an audit trail.
- OpenAPI or GraphQL schema documentation, generated from the code.
02Integrations and legacy systems
Much of this work is joining things that were never designed to meet: a twenty-year-old ERP, a bank gateway with a PDF for documentation, a CRM someone configured in 2014. We have done a lot of it.
Where a legacy system cannot be changed, we wrap it in an API of our own design, so your new products build against something clean while the old thing keeps running — and can be replaced later without rewriting everything that talks to it.
03How the work runs
We agree the contract first: endpoints, payloads, error cases. Your front-end team can build against a mock from week one rather than waiting for us.
Everything ships with tests on the paths where failure costs money, and with metrics, structured logs and alerts wired up before launch rather than after the first incident.
04Built with
05Timeline and budget
A well-scoped service or integration starts at $8,000 over four to ten weeks. Platform work — several services, a migration, partner-facing APIs — is usually quoted per phase after a discovery sprint.
06What we need from you
- Documentation and credentials for the systems we must integrate with — or a contact at the vendor.
- A test environment, or permission to create one.
- The reports and questions the business will want answered from this data.
