In short
- Every screen is prototyped and clicked through before it gets built.
- You get a design system, not a folder of one-off screens.
- Design decisions come with a reason you can repeat to your board.
01What you get
- Research — interviews with the people who will use it, and a look at what they do today.
- Journey maps — the path from first contact to the thing your business gets paid for.
- Wireframes — structure and flow settled before anyone argues about colour.
- Interactive prototypes in Figma — clickable enough to test with real customers.
- A design system — components, states, spacing and tokens that developers can build from directly.
- Handover — specs, assets and a walkthrough for whoever builds it, us or your team.
02Design that survives contact with engineering
A lot of design work dies in the gap between Figma and production. We design in components that map to real front-end components, with the states nobody draws — empty, loading, error, too much text, a phone in Vietnamese — already decided.
If we are building the product too, the system becomes the front-end library directly. If another team is building it, they get tokens and specs they can import rather than measure by eye.
03How the work runs
Design runs a sprint ahead of development, so engineering is never waiting and design is never guessing. We show work weekly and expect two rounds of feedback on the key screens.
For an existing product, we often start with a short audit instead: a walk through the current interface with a list of what is costing you conversions, ranked by what it would take to fix.

05Timeline and budget
A design sprint for a focused product starts at $3,500 over two to four weeks. A full design system for a multi-role platform runs $8,000 to $18,000.
A UX audit of an existing product is a fixed $900, delivered as a prioritised list with annotated screens.
06What we need from you
- Access to a handful of real users or customer-facing staff.
- Your brand assets, or a decision that we can define the look.
- Whatever analytics or support tickets you have — they show where people get stuck.
